Is it free to watch films?A1
All programs are free, except for the Cinema Fighters World Premiere, on June 1st.Q2
Do I need to book tickets?A2
We offer tickets on Peatix for specific dates and venues. Even if you have booked tickets in advance, you will still need to exchange your booking for numbered tickets at the venue, on the day of the event. If you are unable to reserve online, tickets will also be available on the day of the screening. But these tickets are limited. Except for certain programs and free events, salon members get priority entry without the need of a reservation.

Do you have a waiting list? A3
Five minutes prior to the start of a program, we offer numbered tickets for any cancellations received. *Please note that you will not know until five minutes before whether there are any spaces available.Q4
Are seats unassigned or assigned in advance?A4
All seats are unassigned. Venues are always emptied between each programs.Q5
Do the films have subtitles?A5
The films generally contain English and Japanese subtitles.Q6
Is eating and drinking possible inside the venues?A6
Food and drink may not available at Laforet and Andaz.Only drinks with lids be available at Space O and iTSCOM.
At Yokohama, only products bought at the venue's shop may be consumed (customers may not bring their own food or drink).

Can I take photos?A7
It is prohibited to take photos inside the venues. However, photos may be taken in lobbies, etc.
