Takumi Saito
After modeling, Takumi made his acting debut in 2001. He has appeared in many films and TV dramas, and has gained wide recognition in Japan. Recently, he took part in some impressive works including “Ai to Makoto” (Taksshi Miike 2012), “The Ninja War of TORAKAGE” (Yoshihiro Nishimur, 2015), “Mubansou”(Hitoshi Yazaki 2016) and “Koudai Ke no Hitobito” (Masato Hijikata, June 2016). He is known to be a huge fan of cinema, as he also writes for the magazine “Eiga Hihou”. He has appeared on WOWOW and also on “Eiga Koubou” as a navigator. More recently, he has involved himself in filmmaking. His work titled “half & half” was nominated in the 2015 International Emmy Awards for the category “Digital Program: Fiction”. He currently has some more projects in the works.
