SSFF & ASIA president participates in online discussion by UNESCO with filmmaker Naomi Kawase – “culture and the power of art and the resilience of creativity beyond COVID-19”
Tetsuya Bessho, SSFF & ASIA president will participate in the online discussion which is one of the projects of Resiliart, a global movement initiated by UNESCO that aims to strengthen the resilience of artists and cultural professionals in the face of the enormous challenge posed by the current health crisis, on Sat, May 23rd from 8:00pm to 10:00pm (JST) via Facebook Live.
This debate will be moderated by filmmaker Naomi Kawase who is the director of the official film of the Olympic Game Tokyo 2020 (scheduled 2021) and 4 other panelists who are prominent artists from the field of film, theater and music.
They will discuss culture and the power of art and the resilience of creativity beyond COVID-19.
