(CINEMA MUSEUM) Recommended Program!  Jury Choice Short Film Program

Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia holds a tie-up event with Tokyo International Film Festival each fall, with the aim of spreading the word about short film and supporting up-and-coming filmmakers. This year we will screen 6 programs, including the SSFF & ASIA 2015 Grand Prix winner and a selection of short films on the theme of art. In addition, there will be a workshop for creators and other events to look forward to.

Staff will be introducing recommended events and screenings in the run up to the festival ♪

This time it is the Jury Choice Short Film Program


A program comprised of works selected by SSFF & ASIA 2015’s Official Competition Jury: Tow Ubukata, Eiji Okuda, Jun Kaname, Naomi Kawase, Jung Woo Sung and Norika Fujiwara. It includes the 2015 festival Grand Prix winner “Cloudy Children,” which tells the story of 2 young boys in Iran, and the CG Animation Competition Best Short Award winner, as chosen by the CG Competition jury, which included Takashi Yamazaki.
