Short Shorts selection screening in-flight on domestic Star Flyer routes
A carefully chosen selection of Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia (SSFF & ASIA) short films will be screening on in-flight on domestic Star Flyer routes, primarily between Haneda and Kita-Kyushu! Sit back and enjoy them as part of your trip.
*Please note that films screening at the end of the previous month may be listed in addition to films screening in the next month’s program in the in-flight magazine.
Films carefully selected from thoughout SSFF & ASIA’s history will be introduced each month. In September, you can enjoy two films: a musical and a family drama. The former, titled “I Hate Musicals,” is a 20-minute romance from the USA that tells the story of a musical actress and workaholic guy that really hates musicals!
The latter, “The Scarecrow Girl,” is a 13-minute film that screened at SSFF & ASIA 2009 and won the Audience Award by popular vote. Set in Brazil, it is a warm work that depicts the bond between a father and daughter.
Please be sure to check out these short films – they may be short in length but they pack a great story!
