Cool off with this summer with short film cinema travel! Enjoy delicious fresh pasta on the summer menu!
There will be a Summer Festival Short Film Program screening at Brillia Short Shorts Theater from August 1 (Sat) to August 21 (Mon). The six films from the U.S.A., Ireland, France, Poland and Canada form a colourful lineup, much like the vendors at a summer festival!
In addition, there is highly recommended yuzu pepperoncino fresh pasta dish on the menu, the latest dish in the fresh pasta series. In place of the standard red chili pepper, this dish uses yuzu pepper, creating a refreshing bite that fits the season perfectly.
