In particular, there were many entries from the United<br>States, France, South Korea, China, and the United Kingdom. In addition, we received submissions from<br>other areas including Guatemala, Uruguay and Belarus. 24% of the submitted films were from first time<br>filmmakers and 26 % were student projects. Also, 30 % of the films were from the directors under 30. 45 % of them were submitted to our live-action International Competition.<br>Notably, films from directors in their early twenties in the International category with \u201ccoming of age\u201d storie focused on the growth from adolescence to adulthood, embarking on a journey of self-discovery.<br>Regarding genre and duration, 10 % of the submitted films were comedies and 56 % were under 15 min,<br>22 % were under 10 min, and 8% were under 5 min.
