Admission is free. The theme for the 20th anniversary is \u201cCinema Smart\u201d,\u3000wishing to share how cinema provides excitement and value to people. The festival has received over 10,000 short films sent from over 130 countries and regions, and only about 250 will be shown this year.<br \/>\n20,000 people attended in 2017, and a total of 380,000 people have come to the festival for the last 20 years.<\/p>\n<h2> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-223 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/shortshorts.org\/2018\/film\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/thejsbworld_all-680x382.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"382\" \/><br \/>\n\u3010Highlights\u3011<\/h2>\n<p>\uff0aMarking its 20th anniversary, the dance &amp; vocal group 3rd Generation J Soul Brothers has become Festival Navigator. Members will share festival highlights, as well as how to enjoy short films from the point of view of top entertainers. They will also make an appearance at the ceremony of SSFF &amp; ASIA.<br \/>\n\uff0aThe newly founded VR competition, \u201cVR SHORTS\u201d, will showcase highly regarded VR short films with dramatic stories, curated from all over the world.
