Same Challenges.\u201d<\/a> In this piece, the problems with using SNS and the circumstances that surround film production in this region are discussed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The columnist, Athidxay Bouandaoheaung, is manager of PADETC\u2019s DOKLAO (Discovery of Lao Knowledge) Media Centre and runs a media program that teaches skills in news reporting and radio broadcast.
