Preparing for Quakes

Keyaki is an elementary school girl living in Yokohama. One day, she encounters a cat who speaks the human language. Having experienced the Great Kanto Earthquake (1923), the cat chats to Keyaki about disaster prevention.
A heartwarming comedy set in Yokohama, triggered by the sudden appearance of a cat who talks about the importance of disaster prevention, self-help and helping one another.

Main characters are girl Luba and her friend Sparrow. Silly Sparrow doesn’t know fear. By playing with him Luba forgets her she is on a rope.
