Doctors Without Borders, while providing medical care and humanitarian aid in conflict areas around the world, have experienced the destruction of health care due to these attacks. If medical care is attacked, not only will facilities, healthcare workers, and patients be affected, but many people living in the area will not have access to proper medical care, threatening their lives. Doctors Without Borders appeals to the international community for greater effort in preventing attacks on medical care.
