Victor is a Singaporean filmmaker and a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) Film/Animation/Video programme. After four years overseas, he realised that he wishes to tell stories close to his heart and his own culture. He believes strongly in the adage of "the more personal you are, the more universal you get.”
