Sunday 06/20 - The Award ceremony & after-party! The SSFF & Asia 2010 draws to a close.
Another incredible fun, interesting, unusual, & entertaining film festival closes with a bang.

So the end is here. The final 2 programs draw very big crowds. I know how they feel, I don't want it to end either!

So here we are. Things go so fast after the opening. Short Story Nagoya, now in it's 2nd year, draws a big crowd.

Sat. 06/19, 11:15 - New Zealand is represented. Some of the year's best shorts & 1 very young actor.
For our special New Zealand program we had 2 directors, 1 producer/Mom & her son Oscar, a precocious young actor who played 8-yr-old Andy in the short "The Six Dollar Fifty Man."

Bedwarmers & back-stabbing best friends & a young boy's discovery. It's all good!

Fri., 06/18, 15:30 - Asia International & Japan program C. "The Queen" is in the house!
For this program, Christina Choe's excellent "The Queen" drew high praise from festival goers.

Fri., 06/18, 13:20 - International program A. 3D's & 1 MC rock the house!
For this program, one of the best among the best, Director Itai Raziel from Israel for "Wedlock," Alexei Gubenco, director of "Great Expectations," & Lars P Arendt of "Beast" all came & participated in the Q&A. These shorts each raised great interest with the near full-house audience and we had one of the best Q&A's of the festival.
