Born in Aichi Prefecture in 1986, Yusuke has been working as a director, planner and editor at “and pictures inc.” since 2012. He works across genres, producing works for commercials, music videos, television, promotional clips, advertisements, also having experience in CG and special effects. This is his first short film which was nominated in the SSFF & ASIA 2014 Japan Competition where leading actress, Kasumi Arimura, won the Japan Competition Best Actress Award. He directed his first feature documentary “ABILE TOKYO” which is about the professional soccer team ‘FC Tokyo’ in 2015, and his first fiction feature film “Shiori” which will be released this fall.
