Today was the third day of SSFF & ASIA 2018 Autumn Screening. Thank you for giving us a full house despite the fact that it was over 30℃ today.

On the program named “Anniversary Program in Autumn 2”, we screened “The Second Bakery Attack” that is based on the short story written by Haruki Murakami. The director of the films is the brother of Alfonso Cuarón, who directed “Gravity”, so you can see Alfonso’s name on the credits roll. In addition, the starring role of the film is Kirsten Caroline Dunst, who casted as the heroine in “Spider-Man”. Don’t miss it!

In this program, we also screened “Light Along (2013)” starring Kasumi Arimura. In the same year(2013), her name became widely known through the country after she play a role in Japanese TV drama series “Amachan”. You must be moved by this youth film!

The event continue to be held over two venues: Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography <October 5 (Fri) to 8 (Mon)＞ and Andaz Tokyo <October 9 (Tue) to 12 (Fri)>. We’ll be waiting for your visit!
