Director : Jisun Jamie Lee
Jisun Jamie Kim is a Korean-American writerdirector born and raised in Seoul. She grew up improvising bedtime stories with her siblings in their bedroom where she developed her love for fiction and storytelling. She studied Bioengineering, Cognitive Psychology and Statistics at Columbia and Yonsei University. Then, she became a dancer and graduate candidate of Grad film at NYU. For the past five years, she has been an associate producer working on films such as Love Is Strange (2014), Little Men (2016), and Orgami (2017). Jisun wrote, directed and edited A Year (2018), which set in the Himalayan mountain. She produced this film with nonactors and local crews from Nepal.
