The Summit - film directors & film school teachers from Japan & abroad gather to
share their knowledge & experiences with film school students from Vantan!
So here we are @ Laforet now until Sunday for the 2nd half of the festival and what a way to start. With the support of Vantan Design Institute, the superb design school, we held a filmmakers' summit for discussions & Q&A among between festival selected filmmakers & student filmmakers. Lots of opinions & ideas were tossed about and we heard from the students who attended that it was a "real" and very valuable experience for them & the questions & discussions continued on in the lobby long after the time limit!
Translating was a chore but it sure was a lot of fun!
