Junior Chihara was born in Kyoto in 1974. In 1989 he formed the duo ''Chihara Kyodai'' with his older brother, Seiji. He has established a solid reputation as a popular comedian, appearing on a number of variety shows and showcasing his multi-talents in acting and writing.
