War and the Power To Live Program
supported by Red Cross
This year marks the 70th anniversary of the end of the Second World War (WWII). Even though there is no longer such large-scale warfare, people are taking arms and fighting all over the planet, right now at this moment. Not only armed conflicts, but terrorism and urban crimes lead to loss of precious human lives. Even for Japanese, we cannot ignore it anymore as something unrelated to us. Why do people go into battle and kill others? What leads them to risk their own lives too? As 2015 represents a major milestone to look back at the sacrifices made during WWII, this programme gives you an opportunity to think about the real meaning of "living in peace" with your loved ones.
