Nao gave up his dream of painting to take over the family-run post office. His older brother, Masanobu, left home to become a doctor. When their mother's funeral brings the two brothers together again, they are forced to confront their old conflicts and resentments.

Saito Toshimichi (1985, Osaka) graduated with a B.A. in Economics from the Doshisha University in Kyoto. He later graduated with an MFA in Filmmaking from NYU's Graduate Filmmaking Program and also worked as an assistant editor for Spike Lee. He is currently back in Japan, working on a feature-length version of "A Warm Spell."
