SHORT SHORTS FILM FESTIVAL & ASIA 2015

Proving hugely popular last year, the “Tourism” event made an impressive comeback today!
The nine works nominated as finalists for the “Visual Tourism Award” – an award that gathers promotional tourism videos from throughout Japan – were screened. In addition, the latest short film starring Kumamon made its Tokyo premiere!

Furthermore, local mascot characters from throughout Japan traveled to Tokyo to appear on stage and share their regional and municipal pride. They even shared luxury gifts with attendees through a raffle!
Laughter and cries from the audience interspersed the loud applause, and the event closed with great success.
