SSFF & ASIA has collaborated with MILBON, a hair cosmetic company, and held the “MILBON BEAUTY AWARD”.

At the Opening Ceremony on June 7th, the award went to director Seowon JUNG for “The Hands”. He received a trophy and ¥500,000.

The CEO of MILBON, Ryuji Sato, commented on the film by saying “To give birth in a world full of chaos is hope itself. This film captured its beautiful moment through the main character and its family. MILBON also gives color, beauty, and courage to those in need. We have picked a film that describes how joyful a moment in life can be.”
