& the excellent volunteer crew! Laforet Museum, harajuku, here we come!
Hey folks.
Here we are Day 4 and the last at this Omotesando Hills location. We'll break for 2 days and then move the whole show just down the street to Laforet Museum in Harajuku. Museum is the event space on the 6th floor of the Laforet fashion building right in the heart of Harajuku & Omotesando. This area, right next to Shibuya, is THE fashion shopping area for the cool young people of Tokyo and a must for visitors from abroad.
We started the day with the FC Tokyo program. The Tokyo Film Center Is always a very vital sponsor & participant of the festival. The students' short films which we screen here are always earnest, fresh, and yet, accomplished at the same time. A good chance to see the future filmmakers' visions.
The turnout has been outstanding here especially over the weekend and it looks like today will be no expectation. There's already a good crowd lining up for the Stop! Global Warming program coming up next! If you've missed it so far, come see us in Laforet, Harajuku starting Wednesday.
