Daigo Matsui

Born November 2, 1985 in Fukuoka Prefecture. His first film "Afro Tanaka" was released in 2012, and "Wonderful World's End" (15) was entered in the 65th Berlin International Film Festival. In addition to directing TV Tokyo's "Viprayers" series, his works include "Our Hahaha", "Azumi Haruko is Missing", "Ice and Rain Sound", and "Kurenazume". His latest film, "Cyotto Omoidashita dake," which he directed and wrote the screenplay for, won the 34th Tokyo International Film Festival's Audience Award and is currently in theaters.
