Shruti Parekh is an award-winning Indian American filmmaker who tells intimate and incisive stories of life on the margins. Shruti’s first short film, Blood Moon, won the Audience Award at the South Asian Film Festival of America. Shruti has an MFA in Directing from UCLA and lives in Brooklyn, NY.
