A young blind samurai travels back in time from Balimatsu, the end of the Edo period to fulfill a promise he made to his late best friend in Edo, and together with a young man who is his descendant, they encounter para-swimming in modern Tokyo.

Hiroki Horanai
Born in 1985, Japan. Started making films while in junior high school. Graduated from Hosei University. Currently working as a director for Dentsu Creative X. He won the Best Short Award in the SSFF&ASIA Cinematic Tokyo Competition for "Tokyo Comet" in 2018.
