A diorama represents two young soldiers in the trenches. All of a sudden, the immobile soldiers come to life, terror on their faces. Explosions, chaos, fog. With every gunshot, they shudder. “Uncanny Valley” questions representation of war and refreshes the memory of the trenches with a contemporary audiovisual language.
監督: Paul Wenninger
Paul Wenninger is an award-winning dancer, set designer, and filmmaker. In 1999, he co-founded Kabinett ad Co., a platform for artists from various backgrounds.Recently, Wenninger directed the animated short film “Trespass,” which was selected in over 50 festivals and garnered critical acclaim.
