From the frontier of new cinema in Taiwan,
we will screen a film festival selection introducing Taiwan’s new wave.
In our 6th collaboration with Kaohsiung Film F estival, held annually in Taiwan’s second largest city, we shall deliver an attractive array of short films showcasing Taiwan’s new wave.
Nia travels far from home in the Philippines to work as a family maid in Taiwan. She prefers to stay in her private room, where a door separates her from her employers, but this upsets her female employer. This is a story about being away from home.
