Fumio is a media contents expert and has extensive knowledge about contents and the entertainment business. He has expertise in music business, film / video business in GAGA, game software business in SEGA, DigiCube, Konami Digital Entertainment, online game contents in NHK Japan and the card game business in BUSHIROAD. He is also a columnist, an advisor and the President of the Kurokawa Media Contents Institute. Moreover, he leads and operates Kurokawa Juku Research, which focuses on contents and entertainment. His works include “ANA747 FOREVER”, “ATARI GAME OVER” (film works) and ”Alteil” “Circle Pandemica”.
Nobumichi Asai
Graduated from the Faculty of Science at Tohoku University Belongs to WOW Creative / Technical Director / Media Artist
Nobumichi is known around the world for some of his works, which include LADY GAGA’s live face mapping performance at the Grammy Awards in 2016, “Connected Colors” for Intel’s global promotions, “Birth Of Light“, a 3D laser mist hologram which was exhibited in Triennale, as well as video mapping and virtual reality projects. He is currently at the forefront of projection mapping, nationally and internationally. His works “OMOTE” and “FACE-HACKING” received worldwide buzz and were labeled as pioneering works for projection mapping. Additionally, he has worked as a speaker and a judge for media art festivals around the world. He continues to strive for excellence though innovation, by fusing programming ideas with advertising, design and art. Yusuke is the President of “dot by dot” and represents a digital creative group called “Wastes of Technology”. He has taken part in a wide array of projects related to interactivity in advertisement campaigns, digital realms, installations, music videos, IoT, fashion and TV.
He co-runs “HOLSTER” at an office in Shibuya and has won advertisement awards, nationally and internationally. He has received awards at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, SXSW and the Japan Media Arts Festival, just to name a few. Some of his noteworthy projects include Lyric Speaker, Namie Amuro, “Anything” for Google Chrome, a 360°virtual reality theater in the exhibition of Attack on Titan “Kou” and Androp “Bell”.
Shuhei Yoshida President of Sony Interactive Entertainment Worldwide Studio
Shuhei joined Sony Corporation in 1986 and in February 1993, he helped set up the Play Station business. Since April 1996, he has succeeded as a producer in the production department of games software. He produced a lot of content that gained worldwide recognition, which led to the introduction of the software production department at Sony Computer Entertainment America in April 2000. In May 2008, he became the President of SCE Worldwide Studio, where he merged the software production department of Japan, USA and Europe. Since then, he has assisted in the development of virtual reality systems. “PlayStation VR” was released in March 2014 and will be on sale next October.
