The time has come for us to think about energy. We appreciate history’s efforts of imagining a better life and advancing technology to where it is today. We filmed at the Perry Expedition, and along the promenade that connects the Yokohama port, the Nose Park, and Red Brick Warehouse.
監督: TOCHKA(Takeshi Nagata+Kazue Monno)
TOCHKA is the art duo of Nagata Takeshi and Monno Kazue. They invented the PiKA PiKA animation method, a combination of the long exposure and stop motion techniques. PiKA PiKA won various awards, including Honorable Mention in Ottawa, the Excellence Award in Japan Media Arts Festival, and the Grand Prix at Clermont-Ferrand.
